Open Account, then Support, and send a ticket. It is the fastest way, because we know your account without you sharing your number.

If you cannot sign in, write to support@joinlamha.com and include your account code if you know it.
Reports and safety
In a chat or from a person's menu, choose report or block. If you are in immediate danger, contact the authorities first.
Deleting your account
In the app: Account, then Delete account. It disappears at once and its data is removed within 30 days. If you cannot sign in, email us with your phone number. If you have a subscription, cancel it in App Store settings, since deleting the account does not cancel it.
